In the past 20+ years, Innvotec has gained unrivalled experience and expertise investing in SME’s and private companies, particularly those companies exploiting innovative technologies.

Innvotec is also among a new breed of venture capital fund manager, one that wishes to utilise its know-how and experience to work alongside entrepreneurial groups (its Partners) who wish to raise a fund but have neither the expertise nor regulatory approvals to do so.

EIS Funds

EIS Funds raised and managed by Innvotec are dedicated to investing in private, emerging technology companies set up by Anglo Scientific Limited and will build upon the strong foundations laid by the three earlier funds.

Bond Finance for Business

Innvotec realises that all private companies differ in their stage of development and funding needs and that whilst equity is appropriate for some, debt is preferable for others. As part of its own strategy Innvotec has diversified into the raising and managing of ‘Bonds for Business’  in conjunction with ThinCats, with debt finance being made available to the SME or private company.
