About Us

Established in 1989 Innvotec is possibly the oldest, independent venture capital firm in the UK. It has always been privately owned by its directors and staff.

Venture capital has evolved over the intervening years and to maintain high standards of performance Innvotec has evolved to. Today its prime focus is to ally its expertise, experience and longstanding regulatory approvals to the ambitions of technology entrepreneurial groups and other organisations. These groupings must possess the commitment  and ability to make positive and attractive returns on Innvotec managed funds invested in or lent to SMEs and private companies.

Innvotec is all-about working in tandem with and employing constructive dialogue towards those who commit to its managed funds, its partners and those within the underlying portfolio of SMEs and private companies.
