Bonds for Business

It is the absence of a low-cost route for the provision of debt-based working and growth capital to private companies from traditional sources that provides private sector lenders with a very real opportunity.

As part of its own diversification programme Innvotec is raising and managing a series of “Bonds for Business”.  Innvotec has a very real belief that its “Bonds for Business” will create leadership and brand awareness in what is best described as a “new asset class”.

The “Bonds for Business” will be raised from the private sector. 

The Bonds will be attractive to:

• Individuals - directly or via a SIPP
• Companies, along with their pension funds

That have surplus cash or cash on deposit and who wish to earn a higher rate of interest.

The “Bonds for Business” helps directors and shareholders in private companies develop their businesses with short term loans, whilst at the same time providing those that participate in the Bonds with attractive returns over a three to five year term in what is and is forecast to remain a period of ultra-low interest rates.
