Innvotec realises that all private companies differ in their stage of development and funding needs, and that whilst equity is appropriate for some, debt is preferable for others.

The Innvotec managed “Bonds for Business” will lend on a secured basis to developing SME’s and private companies, such loans will go some way to assisting these businesses whilst there is an absence in funding from traditional sources.

The Bonds for Business will be of particular interest to private investors, be they individuals, pension funds or corporates with low interest earning deposits.

All loans made are fully secured at the outset but as the loans will be made to SME’s and private companies there is no guarantee that the principal will be repaid in full.
