The AS EIS 2009 Approved Fund has so far made 5 investments in;
Solus Scientific Solutions Limited
Radio Physics Solutions Limited
Each of these companies is involved in developing businesses based on truly leading-edge technology that has potential on the global stage.
The Fund qualified for EIS Approval by HMRC at the end of 2009 ie 90% of commitment invested in at least four qualifying companies. There remains a small amount of commitment yet to invest and the investment programme will be complete by 4 April 2010.
Investors in the fund are already looking at a growth in the value of their commitment as a result of portfolio companies raising subsequent investment at higher valuations.
