AS EIS 2009-on time, on plan

The first HMRC Approved AS EIS Fund (AS EIS 2009) successfully completed its investment programme by the end of the 2009/10 tax year and in line with the requirements of an approved fund.
The amount invested in the five portfolio companies totalled 95.1% of investors commitment (net of the 5% initial fee), Innvotec believes this percentage to be unrivalled amongst other EIS funds and VCT's, and proves that the AS EIS Funds put investors' interests first.
